Do I Qualify?

Generally, most people who see Dr. Lamb have suffered chronic pain for at least 6 months and have attempted a number of the conventional therapies. Patients usually have had a wide range of blood tests, scans and other tests to rule out more acute or different causes of their pain other than what is known as myofacial pain.

You must have had the following:

	A recent CAT Scan or MRI Scan of the Lumbar Spine
	Recent consultation with a neurologist
	Recent consultation with an orthopedic surgeon or neurosurgeon
	Trial of physiotherapy for a minimum of 6 weeks
	Plain view X rays of the lumbosacral spine
	Recent blood tests including CBC, ESR, B12, Ferritin, Rheumatoid factor, ANA, and serum immunoelectrophoresis
